Breakdown procedure

  1. Contact the Optomed After-Sales Service by telephone (+33 (0)1 69 29 01 98) or e-mail
    Give a detailed description of the problem to see it can be solved by After-Sales over the telephone. If this is not the case, go to step 2.
  2. Arrange with Mr Dremont for your equipment to be collected by our carrier Ciblex
  3. Complete the "After-Sales Service Goods Return" form

  4. Print this form and attach it to the equipment you are returning. *
  5. Be careful when packaging your equipment

    This equipment is fragile: any equipment not arriving at the company in an appropriate condition will not be accepted under a maintenance contract.


  6. As soon as we have received the equipment and diagnosed the problem, After-Sales Service will contact you

    If you don't have a maintenance contract, you will be sent a quotation and the repairs cannot be carried out until we have received your written agreement.
