Breakdown procedure
- Contact the Optomed After-Sales Service by telephone (+33 (0)1 69 29 01 98) or e-mail
Give a detailed description of the problem to see it can be solved by After-Sales over the telephone. If this is not the case, go to step 2.
- Arrange with Mr Dremont for your equipment to be collected by our carrier Ciblex
- Complete the "After-Sales Service Goods Return" form

- Print this form and attach it to the equipment you are returning. *
- Be careful when packaging your equipment
This equipment is fragile: any equipment not arriving at the company in an appropriate condition will not be accepted under a maintenance contract.
- As soon as we have received the equipment and diagnosed the problem, After-Sales Service will contact you
If you don't have a maintenance contract, you will be sent a quotation and the repairs cannot be carried out until we have received your written agreement.
